Chart images are stored locally on your device. Images are temporarily transmitted to Google Gemini AI services for processing but are NOT stored long-term by Google. We do not store your images on our servers. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the problem persists, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of Chart AI installed from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Response times can vary based on Google Gemini AI server load and internet connection. Try checking your internet connection and restarting the app if responses are consistently slow.
AI analysis is approximate and can be wrong - this is normal and expected. For best results, use clear, high-quality chart images with good lighting. Crop the image to focus on the chart area.
